1) The term bed and breakfast (derived from English, translated as bed and breakfast) indicates a form of ‘informal’ tourist accommodation.

2) There are no reception facilities and therefore it is vital that arrival of notification, by telephone, email or phone message, is confirmed in advance.

3) The car parks are within a 10 minute walk and very close to our hotel, you will also find a small underground garage.

4) Check-in is possible from noon (but where possible we can accept you prior. You will be given the keys and shown the booked room. You may leave your luggage and the room will be made up for you as soon as possible.) The check-out is by 10:30 am.

5) In case of cancellation or modification made 14 days before the arrival date, you will not be charged any cost; – In case of cancellation or change, after this date, there will be a debit of 100% of the first nights stay – In case of a ‘no-show’, the full amount invoiced will be debited.
