Archimede Vacanze b & b *** it is located in the heart of Ortigia, the historical centre of Syracuse .
Four of our rooms overlook the beautiful square, Piazza Archimede, the Ancient Greek goddess Diana, with a wonderful working fountain in the middle dedicated to her, from the monumental work of Giulio Moschetti in 1907.
The B&B was restructured recently and is surrounded by picturesque historical buildings. Located in an ideal position as within walking distance to all of the historical and cultural sites, as well as being placed directly within the little streets where you can find a range of local Sicilian shops. The B&B is just a few steps away from Piazza Duomo, the magnificent cathedral originally dedicated to Athena, and is just behind Via Cavour, known for its independent and craft stores, many fine local restaurants and bars.
